Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Validity: Offer valid until 1 September 2025 or while stocks last.

2. Ownership Transfer: Equipment ownership transfers after full payment of the agreed rental term.

3. Rent-to-Own Rates: Subject to credit approval. Rates may vary. Once-off documentation fee applies.

4. Insurance Requirement: Client must insure equipment for theft, fire, and accidental damage throughout the rental term.

5. Installation Scope:

• Pricing based on typical installation—final costs may vary based on site conditions, travel, or additional labour.
• Site must allow clear access and level ground for tank and inverter installation.
• Any additional trenching, roof work, plumbing/electrical rerouting, or borehole tie-ins will be quoted separately. Ground must be level and accessible for the concrete slab and tank installation; additional site preparation may incur extra costs.

6. Exclusions: Non-standard fittings, and advanced filtration are not included unless otherwise specified.

7. Client Responsibilities:

• Ensure site is ready and accessible for installation.
• Maintain system as advised. Unauthorized modification voids warranty. Rental will continue to be paid until the term is concluded.

8. Performance Disclaimer: Output may vary based on usage habits, environmental conditions, and municipal pressure/supply consistency.

9. Late/Missed Payments: May incur penalties and could result in temporary suspension or recovery of equipment.

10. Optional Add-ons: Remote system monitoring and maintenance plans available at additional cost.

11. Modifications: Any post-installation changes must be approved in writing.
